Hi, I'm Alan, the founder of SlipSlate. Many independent marinas still run on spreadsheets, paper agreements and memory. We built one record of who is in which slip, on which dates, under which agreement, and what needs attention. It covers the slip map, fit rules, seasonal agreements and renewals, meter readings and a dock-walk checklist. You can also connect your own AI assistant to it. We never take a percentage of your rent.
