Slate
shadcn-inspired Blade UI kit for Laravel and Livewire
Slate is a shadcn-inspired UI kit for Laravel Blade — anonymous components, Tailwind CSS v4, OKLCH theme tokens, Alpine where it earns its keep, and Livewire-friendly forms. The 3.x rebuild ships 50+ components, blocks/themes/examples galleries, live docs, llms.txt, and a read-only MCP so agents pull real Blade APIs instead of inventing React. I kept reaching for shadcn-style UI in Laravel apps and ending up with React islands, half-port CSS, or “just use Bootstrap.” Blade deserved better.
Slate 3.x is a clean rebuild: anonymous Blade components, Tailwind v4 + OKLCH tokens you own, Alpine only when it earns its keep, and forms that play nice with Livewire. Docs are live with blocks, themes, and examples — plus llms.txt / MCP so agents stop inventing React when you asked for Blade.
Still alpha: composer require electrik/slate:^3.0@alpha
Would love feedback from Laravel folks — especially progressive props, overlays, and the token story.

Who hunted Slate?
Slate was hunted by Neeraj Kumar. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
