I’m the creator of SlabAxis. As someone who loves building hardware projects, I always found it frustrating to open complex, heavy CAD software just to design a simple prototyping plate or a universal mounting board to hold my electronic components together.
Instead of waiting weeks for custom plates or perfboards to ship from China, I wanted something instant. That’s why I built SlabAxis. It’s a parametric generator that lets you design 3D-printable, PCB-style universal boards directly in your browser. You can tweak dimensions, hole spacing, and grid patterns on the fly, download the STL file, and start 3D printing and prototyping your hardware immediately.
