I don't just understand the technical stack (Next.js/Node.js) required to build the platform; I understand the psychology of the supply side. Large job portals rely on automated scrapers, but I care about trust. I recently deleted my entire third-party job API because it was pulling in fake roles, and I chose to manually curate every single job to protect my users. I have the technical execution speed of a solo developer and the ground-level empathy that a corporate job board simply cannot fake."
