Find local businesses with weak websites, grade them, and build a bespoke showcase site before you pitch - then track the deal to won. Hey Product Hunt!
I built Skip the Pitch after watching freelancer friends lose deals to the same cold outreach everyone sends - "your website could be better" emails that get ignored. The insight: nobody ignores a finished website with their own business name on it.
So the app flips the order. It finds local businesses with weak websites, grades their current site, then builds a bespoke showcase site for them BEFORE you ever reach out. You show up with the thing already made, and it tracks each deal in a simple pipeline through to won.
Two things that make it different:
- Builds run locally on your Mac or Windows machine, powered by your own Claude, Codex or OpenRouter account - so they're unlimited, and you watch every build live as it happens.
- Every showcase publishes to a hosted, shareable link you can send the owner with one click.
It's paid-only (plans from $20/mo) because the local-first model keeps my infra costs near zero, and I'd rather build for people who pitch for a living than chase free-tier signups.
