SkillSynchrony
Track every job application. Let AI handle the rest.
SkillSynchrony is your career workspace. Track job applications, auto-parse job emails with AI, manage follow-up tasks, and stay on top of your job search — all in one place.
I built SkillSynchrony after watching friends lose track of dozens of applications across spreadsheets, sticky notes, and their inbox - missing follow-ups and losing offers because the process was chaos.
The core insight was that most job tracking pain happens in email. Every rejection, interview request, and recruiter message lands there - but you still have to manually update a tracker. So I built an AI email parser that reads your job emails and automatically creates or updates your applications. Forward an email, or connect your Outlook inbox, and it just works.
I'm a solo developer and this has been a nights-and-weekends build. Would love to hear from anyone in an active job search - what's the most painful part of staying organized?
The AI email parsing is the standout feature for me. It pulled application details and follow-up dates from my messy inbox without me lifting a finger, which is exactly the kind of busywork I was hoping to offload.
How does the email auto-parsing actually work in practice? Like, does it connect directly to Gmail/Outlook, or do I have to forward emails somewhere manually?
