I built SiteStaffr because I kept seeing the same problem with small business websites. They look great but can't actually talk to visitors. A potential customer lands on a plumber's site at 9pm with a question, and there's nobody there. That lead is gone.
I wanted something that could live right on the WordPress site, read the business's actual content, and have real conversationst. The voice component was important to me because not everyone wants to type, especially on mobile.
The biggest challenge was making it genuinely useful without requiring any technical setup. A small business owner shouldn't need to configure APIs or write prompts. So everything is powered by the site's own content: install the plugin, pick a voice, and it works.
