We built Singlet because we wanted to give runners more control. As a runner you know when you're having a bad day vs. when your training is genuinely too hard. You know when you can push or when you've only had 3 hours sleep and are running on fumes.
Singlet puts you in charge.
Upload any plan, send workouts to your Garmin, and adapt training when life changes instead of restarting or forcing things to fit.
We use AI behind the scenes to make this easier — parsing plans and suggesting adaptations — but the AI suggests, you decide.
