SinghOS
Autonomous Productivity Systems Built and Tailored for You!
Task management should not be a project in itself. SinghOS is for those running multiple projects at once. Send tasks, ideas and brain dumps in natural language to a dedicated Telegram bot, the system then classifies and routes it into a tailored Notion workspace automatically, no manual sorting. Morning briefings are sent to tell you what's due, overdue and pending. A fortnightly Sprint Memo helps you review and plan your next Sprint. Built for you through an initial consult with a human.
Hey, I'm Singh. I built this because my own productivity setup had turned into a second job to maintain. I had projects going everywhere, work stuff, side ventures, community things, plus the usual life admin, and tasks scattered all over the place. And the more complex I made my Notion workspace to categorise it all, the more friction would be added to add new tasks or ideas.
So I built an automated system for myself. A Telegram bot is the only place I send things now, doesn't matter what it is, task, half-formed idea, something at 2am I don't want to forget. It then gets classified and dropped into the right spot in my Notion workspace automatically, tagged correctly and it even includes due dates. No manual sorting on my end. Just thoughts out of my head quick and I let the system deal with organising them.
Each morning I get a briefing of what's due, overdue or other items in my current sprint. Every two weeks I get a full Sprint Memo, a proper writeup of what got done and what the next sprint could look like. It takes into account my current workspace snapshot, as well as previous memos to assess my a trajectory.
After over a month of testing and tweaking I'm now keen to share it with others, beyond my friend circle who've been trialing it for the last few weeks as well. To set it up for others, I'm starting with a tailored service with a human (me) to set up the system for you. I know this approach doesn't scale, and that's fine. My primary goal at this stage is to build a network and help interesting people working on interesting things to sort out their productivity system so it's a real aid, not another project to manage. I want to be deliberate with who I work with, so budget for a build is catered around you.
To get started, there's a brief application process, which, if accepted, leads to a 30-minute consult call to explain how it works, how you work, and how I can tailor the system for you. I then go away and build it. Once done, we hop on another call to handover and wrap up.

Who hunted SinghOS?
SinghOS was hunted by Sandip Singh. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
