I built SignProof to solve a problem I kept seeing in client work: feedback lives in email, revised files live somewhere else, approvals happen in chat, and the final signature often ends up in a separate tool.
SignProof brings those steps together. You can send work for review, collect revision requests, keep approval tied to the exact version the client saw, capture final sign-off, and then use a separate PDF signing workflow when the finished document needs signatures.
I wanted the approval record to stay connected to the work instead of being reconstructed later.
