I'm Zviad, founder of Signify.
For the last 5 years, we've built Signify into an all-in-one document management and e-signature platform. We made the operational side seamless, bringing the actual signing process down to under a minute.
But one major problem remained.

The AI document chat is what stands out to me. Being able to ask what a contract actually means before signing it is a pretty damn useful idea. Good job team!
Really love this. Even if English isn’t your strongest language, the AI explains the contract in a way that matches your level, without making things unnecessarily complicated.
For me, that’s a huge plus. You can go through an English contract, ask questions naturally, and actually understand what you’re agreeing to.
And most importantly, it helps you catch those small but important details before signing. I actually tested it with a contract from one of my previous jobs, and it highlighted exactly the kinds of clauses I later wished I had asked more questions about before signing. Seeing those points surfaced so clearly made me realize how useful this can be in avoiding unpleasant surprises later.
Is there a chat section where I can ask AI questions about the document?

I guess we've all been there - pretending to read the whole contract - while trying to find those 3 important points that are the most interesting for you - IN PLAIN HUMAN LANGUAGE. And yes - turns out uploading documents to LLMs might not be quite LEGAL after all 😁

How many people actually read all 20 pages of a contract before clicking sign? Probably less than 1%.
