A quick note on why this exists, in case it helps you decide if it's for you.
we built SignFile over the last two months because we got tired of being asked to "schedule a call" to sign three contracts. The whole e-signature market feels like it was designed for someone who signs 100 documents a day, not someone who signs 3 a month.
A few things that might matter to you:
1. The free tier is genuinely free. 3 documents a month, no credit card, no watermark, full audit trail, full verification. We use it ourselves.
2. The verification page (/verify) is the part we're proudest of. Every signed document gets a public link. Anyone — a client, a bank, the other party — can confirm it's authentic in one click. No login. The SHA-256 fingerprint breaks the moment a single byte changes. It's how I'd want to receive a signed contract.
3. We don't have a sales team. There's no "request a quote" tier, no enterprise gate keeping. Pricing is on the website, you pick a plan, you're done. If you need a real human, [email protected] goes to us.
4. We don't have a per-document fee on any tier. The per-doc model punishes you for being small. We didn't want to be that.
