Signal's mantra is based on a lesson Kevin O'Leary told Steve Jobs taught him in their conversations: "Every day, there's three things you gotta get done. That's called the Signal. Everything that stops you from getting it done is the Noise." At the start of your day, you write down the 3 most important things you need to do, that will actually move the needle. Signal helps you focus on that and cut the noise, reminding you through the day, so you get things done.

By accident I stumbled upon one of Kevin O'Leary's interviews and his quote really stuck with me. He says that Steve Jobs taught him this lesson, around these lines: "Every day, there's three things you gotta get done. That's called the Signal. Everything that stops you from getting it done is the Noise." Specially in this era with AI, we can have many things to do during the day, however only a few of them actually matter to your bigger goal. Signal lives in your notch, is non-intrusive, and toggles with a hotkey. It will also do quick glances during your day so you're remember towards what you're working on. It's fully local and open-source. Hope you enjoy :)
