I built SideKik after repeatedly missing customer enquiries in my own business. Messages were coming in from everywhere, Facebook, Instagram, emails, web forms, WhatsApp etc and sometimes I'd forget to get back to people and probably lost work because of it :(
So I decided to build a simple tool that keeps every enquiry in one place, reminds you when someone needs a follow-up, and helps you stay organised while growing your business.
We've recently expanded beyond just enquiry management by adding daily growth tasks to help small business owners make consistent progress every day.
