I built Sidekick because I kept seeing the same problem: managers have a lot of conversations, but very little time to actually remember everything that was said.
A 1:1 happens, you agree on a few things, someone mentions a problem they’re struggling with — and a week later, you’re trying to remember what happened last time.
I wanted to build something that could do more than just transcribe meetings.
Sidekick is designed to build a memory of your team over time: what you talked about, what you agreed on, what needs a follow-up, and what might need your attention.
The idea evolved quite a bit while building it. We started with the conversation itself and gradually realized that the real value wasn't the transcript — it was the context that accumulates across conversations.
That's what we're building now: an AI sidekick that helps managers remember their team, so they can spend less time managing information and more time managing people.
