I built ShotDay with my co-founder Meerim after watching friends on GLP-1s track their shots in random notes apps and spreadsheets - no idea if their dose was still active, no way to tell if the number on the scale was fat or muscle.
ShotDay does three things most GLP-1 trackers don't:
1. Body composition, not just weight - pulls bodyFatPercentage, leanBodyMass and BMI straight from HealthKit (smart scale/DEXA), so you can see if you're losing fat or muscle.
2. Estimated medication level - a curve between shots based on peer-reviewed pharmacokinetic data, so you know roughly where you stand before your next dose.
3. One-tap PDF export for your doctor, plus reminders, injection-site rotation, and support for every GLP-1 molecule (semaglutide, tirzepatide, liraglutide, dulaglutide, exenatide, lixisenatide) - compounded or brand-name.
