Shotcraft drives your running web app via Playwright, captures every screen at every viewport, and renders App Store + Play Store screenshots, README heroes, and OG/social cards — from one config, in one run. Use the CLI in your repo or a hosted web UI (nothing to install). Templates are code (HTML/CSS, version-controlled, diff-able in PRs) — no SaaS lock-in, no render quotas. MIT open source.

Hey Product Hunt 👋 I'm Brad. I built Shotcraft because shipping app-store screenshots by hand is miserable — take the shots, upload them, redo everything when the UI changes. Shotcraft does both halves: it logs into your live app via Playwright, captures every screen at every viewport, and renders them through device-frame templates into everything you need — App Store, Play Store, README hero, OG card — from one config, in one run. Proof it works: the screenshots on my other launch, BudgetBug, were rendered by Shotcraft. So was the hero on Shotcraft's own site. It's MIT-licensed, the templates are just HTML/CSS you version-control, and there are no render quotas or SaaS lock-in. CLI in your repo or a hosted web UI. I'd love your honest feedback — and template contributions are very welcome. What would make this a no-brainer for your release workflow?
