I built ShortsForge because I was frustrated with how slow and expensive it is to create high-quality vertical content. Most tools require cloud subscriptions, complex editors, or manual subtitle syncing that never quite fits.
I wanted to build a 'Terminal for Content Engineers'—something that feels powerful, agentic, and fast. By using FFmpeg.WASM, I managed to move the entire rendering engine into your browser, meaning no more waiting for cloud queues.
