We built ShortenItUp after one too many 3-hour "quick syncs"
We tried working offline - didn't help. We tried hard time limits - we never finished what we needed. Then one day, after a meeting, we realized we hadn't actually discussed a single thing we'd planned to
So we tried agendas. Better, but people still drifted off-topic and nobody enforced it
