I've spent the last decade working on product discovery across text, image, and color search, and two years ago I started building shopperGPT to fix something that has bugged me forever: most commerce stores still run on keyword search that works like it's 2005. A shopper types "flowy summer dress in dusty rose" and gets zero results while the perfect product sits three rows deep in the catalog. The merchant loses the sale and never knows why.
