Shofar is a digital ecosystem built to bring churches, leaders, and people closer together. It gives churches one place to manage members, finances, teams, sermons, events, courses, and daily operations, while members stay connected through the Shofar app with their community, ministries, prayer requests, schedules, and more. Beyond management, Shofar is building a new way for people to experience church, strengthen communities, and connect the Body of Christ worldwide.

Top comment

We built Shofar because we saw how technology connects almost every part of our lives, while many churches still lack tools that truly connect leaders, members, and communities. Churches often rely on different tools for management, communication, content, finances, and members. We wanted to simplify that by bringing everything into one ecosystem — making church management easier for leaders and church life more connected for members. Shofar actually started as a church management platform, but as we built it, our vision became much bigger. We realized the real opportunity was not only to help churches manage better, but to connect the entire community. That’s how Shofar evolved into what it is today: an ecosystem connecting churches, leaders, members, knowledge, and community in one place.

Who hunted Shofar?

Shofar was hunted by Caio Groth. A “hunter” on Product Hunt is the community member who submits a product to the platform — uploading the images, the link, and tagging the makers behind it. Hunters typically write the first comment explaining why a product is worth attention, and their followers are notified the moment they post. Around 79% of featured launches on Product Hunt are self-hunted by their makers, but a well-known hunter still acts as a signal of quality to the rest of the community.
