Hi Product Hunt, I'm Sheetal. Everyone is talking about AI agents. When I tried to find out which ones were actually running at large companies, and which ones had been quietly switched off, I couldn't find one place that tracked it with sources. So I built Shipped or Stalled. It's a free, public registry of named AI agent projects at large organizations. Right now it has 44 projects: 23 in Production, 9 Scaled, 3 in Pilot and 9 Killed. Every status links to the public source behind it, and every project page has a short "What happened" section that explains how it got there. One comparison I keep coming back to: McDonald's tested IBM's drive-thru voice AI in more than 100 restaurants and shut it off in 2024. Taco Bell has voice AI in more than 500 drive-thrus, and per the latest source it is still running. Same job, different endings. The kills teach as much as the wins. Two asks: 1. If you know a named agent project that shipped or stalled, submit it at shippedorstalled.ai/submit. We only list what a public source says. 2. Tell me what would make this more useful to you. There's also a short weekly email with every status change. Sponsors will always be clearly labeled, and no one can buy a listing or a status.
