In Google Sheets I’ve always wanted a very specific extension that allows me to either group tabs together or put tabs in other tabs and create drop-down menus of interactive tabs that allow you to have hundreds of sheets without it being a cluttered mess. I don't know why it doesn't already exist but the ones I found just added giant sidebars, big hierarchy menus and complicated stuff.
(I'm guessing I broke the descriptions and the multi-links are not showing up, but since this really just a low-key "hey this extension exists" hopefully the abundance of screenshots make up for it.)
So...
SheetsGroups: If you want your sheets to have groups (for instance, if you have ten sheets that are related to “finance” and want to be able to access them quickly by hovering over them with personalized icons, use SheetsGroups)
SheetsMenu: However, if you want your tabs to have menus and sub-menus (like you have 30 sheets of finances over 5 different years split into 3 categories each) and you want it to feel like drop-down menus use SheetsMenu.
It's free, there's no data collection, no secret subscription, no premium content. I was just going to use it personally until I realized it didn't exist.
