My suggestion is to include the option for automatic synchronization between sheets and forms. Users may not prefer to initiate synchronization manually multiple times. This way, we can consider it an innovative solution that treats the sheet as a database for collecting and saving data. 🔄 So, there could be two-way synchronization between sheets and forms.
Also, backup options are crucial in case of any damage to the sheet or form. 🛡️
