I built Shanti Journal because sometimes you just need a safe, judgment-free space to vent. We all carry things that are too heavy to say out loud to friends or social media, but bottling them up only makes it worse.
The idea was simple: give people an easy way to spill their guts—whether by typing it out or speaking into the mic. As you vent, the app tunes into your emotional tone and responds in real time with gentle haptic feedback and soothing color shifts. It’s a subtle physical way of saying, ‘I hear you, you’re okay.’ It’s all about releasing that pressure and leaving the weight behind.
