I'm Josh, solo founder of Sftir.
Here's the problem I built this for: I save TikToks and other short form videos constantly. Tutorials I'll "definitely try later." Hooks I want to study. Recipes, workout ideas, business tips. And I rewatch almost none of them. My saves folder became a graveyard — hundreds of videos I cared enough to save but could never actually find again.
So I built Sftir to fix that.
What it does: You save a short-form video from TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, X, or LinkedIn — through our Chrome extension, iOS shortcut, or bookmarklet. Sftir watches the video for you, transcribes every word, summarizes the key points, tags the topic, and drops it into a fully searchable library.
But here's the part that changes everything: Sftir learns about your projects, your business, and what you're working on — and turns every video you save into actionable insights tied directly to that work.
