how does it handle complex scheduling scenarios like recurring bookings across multiple team members with different availability rules?
The Cal.com integration worked smoothly on my first test, and the chat widget actually handled pricing questions without sounding robotic. Open source with the Claude API is a nice touch too.
How does it actually handle the handoff when the AI is stuck and a human needs to jump in, is that built in or something I'd have to wire up myself?
