We built Session Pilot to solve a simple but important problem: reliable speech transcription without sending sensitive data to the cloud. Many tools require constant internet access and upload audio to external servers, which isn’t ideal for privacy-critical work or offline environments.
Session Pilot runs completely on-device, allowing users to transcribe live or recorded audio securely and offline. The focus was on privacy, long-session support, and a smooth, no-friction workflow.

Running transcription fully on-device is impressive! Curious — do you support multiple languages, and if so, how seamless is switching between them for long sessions?
What stood out to me about Session Pilot is how it treats sessions as something to stay present in, not just something to document afterward.
A lot of tools around sessions, meetings, or work blocks focus on summaries and outputs. Session Pilot feels more intentional about supporting awareness during the session — helping users stay oriented without pulling attention away. From a UX perspective, that’s a subtle but meaningful shift.
As a first impression, the product feels considerate of how fragmented real sessions can be, which makes it come across as practical rather than performative.
Finally, a transcription tool I can actually use for sensitive client meetings. I have been stuck taking manual notes because my company's compliance policy strictly bans uploading audio to cloud services like Otter or Fireflies. Having a fully offline solution that runs locally on my device is the only way I can leverage AI transcription without violating NDA agreements.

We use Dashform to collect the initial consent forms and screen candidates, but capturing the actual interview securely has always been tricky with cloud tools. Does the on-device model support Speaker Diarization (distinguishing between interviewer and interviewee)? That would make the post-interview analysis so much faster.
