Can it recognize indirect red flags (like tone or slang) and escalate appropriately, or does it rely on businesses to manually define what phrases trigger emergency protocols?

I read a study recently that showed that while people hate waiting for a call (in this case, AI is more than welcome), they prefer a human to a machine. Do you have any observations of your own?
This is great. I think this will drastically reduce the overhead cost and make business operations smoother. Though there are other solutions in the market but I think having verticalised product only for service industry is a game changer.
One question - How are you making sure that AI does not hallucinate and doesn't replies anything off topic?

Btw, I have few queries based on the limitations that I currently see with our AI vendor.
(1) Can this AI Agent transfer summarised context to Sales or support team?
(2) How does the pricing look like? Is it per lead booked?
(3) Can I add these AI Agents as part of an IVR?
(4) Can these AI Agents take information about a customer from our backend database /CRM and answer accordingly?
