SermonEase
Turn sermons into transcripts, summaries, and follow-up
SermonEase helps churches turn sermon audio or transcripts into clear, reusable ministry content. From one preached message, teams can create a transcript, summary, discussion questions, key takeaways, scripture references, newsletter-ready copy, and a saved sermon record. It is not an AI sermon writer. It is built for the post-sermon workflow: helping pastors, media teams, and small group leaders reuse what was already preached without rewriting everything from scratch.
Hi Product Hunt 👋
I built SermonEase for a simple problem I kept seeing in church workflows: the sermon is preached on Sunday, but the follow-up work continues all week.
Someone still has to clean up the transcript, write a summary, prepare small group questions, pull out key takeaways, create newsletter copy, and keep the sermon archive useful. For smaller church teams, that often means one pastor, admin, or media volunteer doing the same repetitive work every week.
SermonEase is my attempt to make that process calmer. It starts with sermon audio or a transcript and turns it into a content pack your team can review: transcript, summary, discussion questions, scripture references, newsletter-ready copy, and a saved sermon record.
The important distinction: SermonEase does not write sermons for pastors. It helps churches repurpose what has already been preached.
I’d love feedback from pastors, church media teams, ministry leaders, and anyone who has worked with sermon archives or weekly church communication.
Uploaded a Sunday sermon audio and within minutes had a clean transcript, discussion questions, and a newsletter blurb ready to send. The scripture references pulled out automatically saved my media team hours of cleanup.
Really liked how it pulls the scripture references straight out of the transcript instead of making you hunt for them. Saves the media team a ton of cleanup time on Sunday afternoons.
Does it handle really long sermons, like 60 to 90 minutes, or does it work best with shorter messages?
