Product Hunters, I'm thrilled to introduce you to Sercle. Sercle stands for Survivors' Circle, but Circle in French language. Why Sercle? We started Sercle with a simple idea: survivors of sexual and gender-based violence know what it's like to live with the impact of these crimes and they can teach us more than we can teach them. We also knew that if survivors had the tools to track their own progress and compare themselves to others who have gone through the same things, they could learn more about how to improve their outcomes. Sercle is dedicated to helping you build resilience in the face of the challenges you might be facing as a result of your experience (s), in your healing journey. Research shows that people with shared experiences can provide the most compassionate support. Therefore, when you’re a survivor of child sexual abuse, rape, sexual harassment, domestic violence, and other forms of gender-based violence, connecting with people who have been there can help. With Sercle you can: Share your story anonymously: share as little or as much as you are comfortable sharing. Express yourself in any medium you wish: as a written story, a letter, poem, etc Access data on sexual and gender-based violence, trauma, and mental health: to educate your audience and community; make data-driven decisions; etc. Your experience, trauma symptoms, treatment and other mental health data that you share to track how you're doing over time, help the next person learn, and tell researchers what survivors really need. Access affordable therapy: Our mobile app offers a platform that allows you to work with a licensed and trauma-informed professional online. Our services include video, phone, and text therapy sessions, along with a virtual room where you can message your counselor between visits. Community platform: We offer a safe community where you can make meaningful connections. Find personalized answers, offer advice and feel supported by people who know what you are going through. Tools and Resources: Access tools and resources to help you gain mastery over the effects of your trauma and help you build healthy coping skills. Different from other services, Sercle is community-based and provides the opportunity for survivors in any corner of the world who can connect to the internet to have instant access to psychological services, peer support, education, tools and resources.
