Hi everyone - I built SeqBench because the cloning-and-primer loop still means bouncing between a desktop suite, two or three web calculators, and a spreadsheet. SeqBench is one workbench for that whole loop.
SeqBench-GPT searches the literature, plans a multi-step design, and drives real tool calls across primers, cloning and CRISPR. It won't call a construct done without running verification on it first.
SeqStudio is a genuinely editable sequence and plasmid editor: every annotated feature remaps live as you insert or delete bases (including features that wrap a circular origin), with undo/redo, GenBank and SnapGene .dna read/write in both directions, a Sanger .ab1 trace viewer, and virtual gels.
Design and simulation: Gibson, Golden Gate (with junction fidelity scoring), restriction/ligation, Gateway, TOPO/TA; primer design and Tm; CRISPR guide design; ORF finder, pairwise alignment, codon optimization.
Automation: every tool is also a REST API endpoint and an MCP server, so AI agents and pipelines call the exact same calculations, and you can batch a whole multi-FASTA in one pass.
