Sensipets is a living browser-based virtual pet world built around exploration, collecting, creation, and community. Adopt and customize pets, discover hundreds of items and species, play minigames, explore an expanding world, trade with other players, and take part in events and stories. Unlike a static pet game, Sensipets continually evolves with new systems, locations, characters, and player-driven discoveries.
I’m Austin, the solo developer behind Sensipets.
I started building Sensipets because I missed the feeling of older browser-based virtual worlds: adopting pets, discovering strange items, playing little games, exploring new places, and feeling like the world was always bigger than what you’d seen so far.
Sensipets is my attempt to bring that feeling forward. It’s an evolving virtual pet world with collecting, minigames, trading, shops, characters, stories, events, player-created discoveries, and a world that keeps expanding over time.
One thing I’ve cared about a lot is making it feel like a world, not just a pet dashboard. There are places to explore, characters with their own stories, interconnected systems, secrets to discover, and plenty more still being built.
I’m especially interested in feedback from people coming in completely fresh: What pulls you in? What feels confusing? And what would make you want to come back tomorrow?
