I'm Parvindar, founder of Paramount Tech Network. We build websites for clients, and we kept hitting the same wall: form plugins showed us what people submitted, but never where they came from. Which ad? Which campaign? Which page convinced them? No idea.
So we built Sense Forms — a WordPress form builder that attaches full attribution to every submission: traffic source, UTM parameters, device, and the pages viewed before converting. It's the tool we wished existed for our own client reporting.
