Great idea. It would also be awesome to integrate onboarding so that company knowledge is passed on to employees in their first days. Right now, a live HR always does this, and there’s a whole stack of documents for a new employee, even though we have fewer than 100 people and not much bureaucracy. And hardly anyone actually reads those documents. In a dialogue format, it would be much more effective, in my opinion.
