Sendr really helped me level up outreach. I recorded one personalized message and it dynamically tailored it for hundreds of prospects—with landing pages, voice/AI-audio and data enrichment baked in. I still need to monitor and tweak campaigns, but it saved me dozens of hours and made my messages stand out.

My big question is about workflow: right now, my team lives in our CRM (HubSpot). How seamless is the integration? If I enrich a lead in Sendr, does it automatically update the contact record in HubSpot, or is there a manual export/import step? The success of a tool like this often lives or dies on how well it plugs into our existing systems.

I'm a Sendr user already. I can give some honest feedback.
Open rates go up because of the in-email video GIF.
Conversions from lead to calendar booking are higher than without Sendr.
I use 11 labs to get the voice perfect, then import the audio/talking. This way, you can create a more natural-sounding video. Personally, I like to use the guy outside at the picnic table, then apply low outdoor nature sounds in the background for realism.
The feature that tries to change the name for each user and make it seem natural in video output and sound needs work. I tried it, didn't work well at all, so I just created generic scripts that work just fine.
The ability to create a shorter email intro with a video GIF to a page with more content is much better than trying to stuff what you want to say into an email. I recommend starting with something like - Hi, NAME. David here from COMPANY. I wanted to reach out. If you have a quick second, click the video to learn more about something great I think you might like. It's a 30-second clip.
All-in-all, Sendr is a great tool for marketing. You can't go wrong.
