Solo founder here. I built Sendout after watching job applications stop being a skill and turn into a throughput problem.
A posting goes live in the morning and has hundreds of applicants by evening, and recruiters read the early pile. Doing that by hand costs ten-plus hours a week and you still arrive late.
So Sendout runs the whole thing: it finds openings within hours of posting, filters out ghost listings, submits complete applications on Greenhouse, Lever, Ashby and Workday including the open ended questions and emails the hiring person from your own inbox rather than a shared sending domain.
The part that surprised me most in building it is the last mile. Everything else in this category stops the moment the form is submitted but the reply is where people actually lose the thread. So Sendout answers the recruiter as you: availability, pay expectations, scheduling. Anything unusual comes back to you.
It will not promise you interviews. Nobody honestly can. It promises the work: 10+ hours a week of applying, done while you get on with your life.
