I built SendMyQuittance because I was tired of generating rental receipts by hand every single month for my own rental properties — copy a template, fill in the amount, export a PDF, email the tenant, repeat for every property.
In France, this is a real recurring pain for landlords: a quittance de loyer has to be issued monthly upon request, and most people are still doing it manually in Word or Excel.
SendMyQuittance automates the whole flow: configure your properties and tenants once, and receipts are generated and sent automatically every month. Right now it works via manual payment tracking (you confirm the transfer came in); automatic bank detection is coming in v2.
