I flip salvage cars from Copart and IAA and got tired of spending 30 minutes per listing doing the math, pulling comps, estimating repair costs, calculating fees, and figuring out whether a car was actually worth bidding on.
So I built a tool for myself.
Just paste an auction listing URL and it:
• Analyzes photos for visible damage
• Estimates repair costs
• Pulls relevant auction and retail comps
• Calculates fees and total investment
• Gives a flip verdict with a full profit/loss breakdown
The whole process takes about 30 seconds.
I've been using it on my own flips for the past few months, and it's already helped me avoid several bad purchases.
