I run PostFast, a social media scheduler. SendHeron started as the email system behind it, and it has sent PostFast's lifecycle email since day one. Building those flows by hand meant designing the tags, the triggers and every email from a blank page, so now SendHeron does that first draft for you.
You paste your website URL. It proposes the tags and events your app should send, then drafts the whole suite in your brand voice: welcome, trial, win-back and cancel-save. Nothing goes live until you read it and switch it on yourself.
Under that it's a full email platform: a visual sequence builder, transactional and marketing email on one API, a REST API with a Node SDK, and several products under one subscription. EU company, contact data stored in Europe.
Plans start at €19 a month, with a 7-day trial (it asks for a card up front). New accounts can email their own team straight away, and sending to everyone else opens after a quick check by me, usually within a day.
