Manager Agents learn from your meetings, then point you to what needs your attention next: the feedback that is overdue, the recognition you missed, the conflict you are avoiding, the growth talk that keeps slipping. You learn what works, what doesn't, and why, so you become better at leading your people.
Our team has spent years building people and culture intelligence software for large enterprises at Semos Cloud. Working closely with those companies, we saw a gap in the tools available to help managers lead their teams. We wanted to give them something practical they could use in their everyday work. That became Manager Agents.
Manager Agents learns from your meetings and helps with the parts of managing people that usually get pushed to the bottom of the list: feedback that’s overdue, recognition you almost missed, the conversation you’ve been avoiding, the growth talk that keeps slipping.
This isn't just another AI chatbot. Specialized agents handle different parts of leading a team, all working from the same context pulled from your meetings, so the guidance stays grounded in your actual team rather than a generic answer. We also draw on behavioral science to shape the guidance, including how to give feedback and approach conversations with different people.
A few things it does:
💬 Drafts feedback and recognition messages grounded in what actually happened in your meetings 🎯 Helps you prep for the hard conversations before you have them 📊 Gives you a real read on how you're leading, not just a guess 🔔 Nudges you when something's worth acting on, so it doesn't fall through the cracks
Who it's for: people managers with a handful of direct reports, doing their own work at the same time, often without an HRBP down the hall or any formal training. If that's you, this was built with you in mind.

Could definitely see this becoming a useful weekly check-in for managers. What does the typical workflow look like after a week of meetings?
Many congratulations on the launch, @natasha_davidovska. Love the design and branding of the product. I believe these agents are going to be super useful for managers with large teams as nothing will go unnoticed or unrecognised. When team members are seen, heard and appreciated, they are more likely to be engaged and productive at work. :)
Congrats. We usually don't get to see HR tech products on PH. Seems like an underserved niche but an important one. 🙂
I run a distributed team of 30+ and I've been using incentives and recognition arrangements for a while. Having agents helping managers manage their teams is a refreshing idea. Congrats on the launch, Natasha and Ivana.
Congrats team. Recognition always makes team members feel valued and motivated. Especially when the recognition is specific to their contributions, that context from the meetings can save managers a lot of time. Very clever.
Congrats on shipping this! Managers often struggle with the right balance between giving feedback and letting the team take ownership. It’s great that Manager Agents can help with that. Also, the overdue feedback nudges would be helpful as it can be easy to forget to give feedback on time.
I like that the agent goes beyond just summarising the meeting and actually focuses on what managers should do next post-meeting. Well done!! Congrats @ivana_m@miodragstojanov@jovica_nastovski
I was wondering how does the Manager Agent know the difference between a genuinely important conflict and something that just sounds significant in a meeting??
This is a really interesting idea for managers especially the part about learning from real conversations and helping with the feedback you might otherwise avoid
usually skeptical about AI analyzing team dynamics, but focusing purely on actionable manager reminders makes a lot of sense.
on device processing or strict data encryption for sensitive leadership meetings is crucial here.
Been tracking team feedback in random docs for months. having a dedicated agent automate that tracking is a massive timesaver.
can we filter out specific internal syncs or 1-on-1s from being analyzed?
I am sharing this with our engineering lead who spends half his day in 1-on-1s. we really need a system like this.
how does semos.ai handle privacy when parsing sensitive one on one manager meetings?
I think remembering to give feedback is harder than people admit. Does it also suggest what kind of feedback to give?
How does the agent avoid jumping to conclusions when a conversation has ambiguous context?
I would be curious to see how much control managers have over what gets surfaced.
