Semesty is different from most study tools because it focuses on turning existing course material into short, interactive lessons instead of just storing notes or flashcards. It also combines those lessons with a study planner that adapts to deadlines, skipped sessions, and real availability. The goal is to make studying feel more manageable, not more overwhelming.
I built Semesty because a lot of studying still feels designed for a world where everyone can sit down and focus for hours. In reality, many students struggle with long, heavy material and end up procrastinating because getting started already feels overwhelming.
I wanted to make studying feel more realistic for how people actually learn today with alot of people having developed a "tiktok brain": shorter, clearer, and easier to keep up with. That led to Semesty turning course material into short, interactive lessons instead of just giving students more static content to work through.
