The shift we're betting on: buyers don't always start with a property portal anymore. They start with ChatGPT. So Seeki lives there.
Seeki aggregates more than a million listings across twelve European countries and exposes them through any MCP-compatible AI assistant. ChatGPT, Claude, anything that speaks the protocol. You type "two-bedroom near a metro in Lisbon under €1,500" and get live, ranked listings.
Every listing carries a Seeki Score, a 0–100 composite of ten location signals from transit and walkability to air quality and flood risk. For agents: list once, auto-translated into eleven languages, leads in your inbox instead of a portal queue.
There's also a web companion at seeki.eu and a relocate comparator that re-ranks more than thirty European cities as you slide your budget. Useful when you don't know yet *which* city, only what you can afford.
