Think about it—the buys are short, but the social proof is huge. Give users an easy way to download a 10-second (even watermarked) clip or high-quality mockup of their ad playing in that specific location. The viral marketing you'd get from people sharing "Hey, my ad is in Times Square right now!" would be massive.
