Hi Product Hunt! I’m Alex, the maker of Secret File Uploading. The app is for sharing a file through a temporary link without signing up. Pick a file up to 20 MB, choose a download allowance and send the link through email, Messages or another sharing option. You can check status and revoke the link from Transfers.
Links expire after five days or when the allowance is used. A download start uses one allowance, including interrupted downloads. There are no ads or analytics SDKs. Files are stored temporarily to run the service.
Anyone holding the complete link can download it while active; this is not end-to-end encrypted, and expiry cannot remove copies already downloaded.
What matters most for your file-sharing workflow: expiry, download limits or revocation?
