Case Study - How I got $100k in sales using SecondBrainLabs? I run an EdTech company, Antern, where we sell machine learning courses. Being an individual and competing against the big EdTech giants was pretty tough. We experienced low sales, struggled to provide the right support, and most importantly, faced challenges in building the right product. Then we started SecondBrainLabs which helped me to achieve $100k with a subscriber base of only 70k on YouTube. I firmly believe in establishing a strong sense of trust before selling anything. To achieve this, I published two extensive courses: one on Core ML (9 hours long) that garnered over 350k views and one on MPLS (3 hours long) with over 100k views. Following that, I uploaded a video on YouTube titled "FASTEST Way to Learn Data Science & Get a Job in 2024" and introduced a paid webinar for $10, attracting more than 500 attendees. SecondBrainLabs, which specializes in automating sales, support, and surveys using AI. Just before the webinar, we conducted a survey campaign where SecondBrain reached out to each attendee to: 👉 Understand their pain points. 👉 Personally address any issues related to the course or the subject. 👉 Gather suggestions for the course. 👉 Collectively determine what price they were willing to pay. During the webinar, I addressed these problems/pain points, making the students feel heard and their issues acknowledged. After the webinar, we launched another sales campaign, persuading attendees to purchase the course as it directly addressed the pain points they had identified. This approach led to an astonishing 40% conversion rate from our leads, significantly higher than what other marketing platforms typically achieve. To ensure that enrolled students' issues were addressed, we also initiated a support campaign that reached out to each enrolled student individually, inquiring about their progress and resolving any problems. This significantly reduced our refund rate from 5% to 0.6% in no time. This is just one case study of SecondBrainLabs in the education sector; we have ventured into several sectors, helping them automate most of their marketing operations.
