I have client calls most days, across Teams, Meet, Zoom, Slack, sometimes WhatsApp. For about a year my workflow was the same slightly embarrassing loop: record the call, copy the transcript, paste it into Codex or Claude. That's where my actual work happens. It's already connected to my calendar, my email, my repos, Linear.
