Browser-based wedding and event seating chart tool. Paste your guest list, set keep-together and keep-apart rules, press Auto-seat, then export a floor plan, per-table lists, a printable Find-your-seat board and an escort-card CSV. Free to plan. $12 once per event to export. The guest list never leaves your browser.
Hey Product Hunt, maker here. I built Seatwise after spending three evenings of my own wedding week moving 150 names around a spreadsheet, trying to keep divorced parents apart and grandparents together without a formula for family politics.
Seatwise runs entirely in your browser. Paste your guest list, drop tables on a canvas, set who sits together and who does not, press Auto-seat, then drag to fix whatever it got wrong. Every edit and every export preview is free, full size, no account. Pro is a $12 one-time key for one event that turns on printing and copy-as-text: a floor plan, per-table lists, a print-ready Find-your-seat board and an escort-card CSV.
The part I care about most: your guest list never uploads anywhere. No server holding your aunt's address.
I would love feedback on the auto-seat logic especially. It is the part I iterated on most and the most likely to still have edge cases. Ask me anything.
