We built SeatChart.io after seeing how much time and frustration can go into organizing seating for weddings and events. Spreadsheets and static seating charts make it difficult to visualize the venue, keep guest information organized, and make changes as plans evolve. We wanted to create a simple tool where you can bring your guest list and venue layout together, visually arrange everything, and easily share or print the final plan.
