I built AI PC Scanner because I was tired of spending more time searching for files than actually using them.
Existing file search tools work well for filenames, but finding information buried inside PDFs, scanned documents, screenshots, and images is still frustrating.
AI PC Scanner creates a private local index of folders you approve and lets you search using natural language.
One thing I cared about from day one was privacy. Everything runs locally and your files stay on your machine.
